Our visitors return year after year to enjoy the classy interior, five star location and the private heated pool & beach access. When reserved with its sister property you can sleep up to 24.guests. This luxury cottage is more of a mansion and enjoys all the amenities your large group would expect.Touches such as wood flooring, an elevator to access each landing from the ground floor, spa quality bathrooms, new appliances, an oversized washer/dryer, quartz counters and state of the art stainless steel appliances. For your outdoor entertaining this majestic three story home has two verandas boasting views of the pool and Point of Rocks. A private cabana pool side as well as an outdoor refrigerator, barbeque grill, and a wall mounted HDTV makes this a perfect vacation home for entertaining There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and 1 Chair Sofa Sleeper (sleeping 3 in each room) and 1 bedroom with a King (sleeps 2) and 1 bedroom with a Queen (sleeps 2). Enjoy a plush and comfy Queen sofa sleeper in the living room (sleeps 2). The sister property sleeps 12. (Please check at time of booking as the bed sizes can be switched out by owners from time to time) The laundry room features an oversized washer and dryer to ensure you have an abundance of clean clothes and towels. Plenty of bicycles and beach paraphernalia are available for your enjoyment and located in the garage. Located a 1/4 of a mile from the south village this is an exceptional rental home but book early to avoid disappointment.
