This amazing luxury vacation rental is almost beachfront and less than 1 minute walk to white sandy beach and Siesta Key Village. This home is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home enjoys an extra loft /Bedroom makes it more like a 5 bedroom vacation home. Upon entering the home you'll be awed by the raised ceiling and spacious feel of the home. The spacious living and dining areas offer a great space for everyone in your party to gather. The large kitchen and island make cooking a breeze for the chef of the group. Combine those three features of the home and you're ready to entertain and enjoy your vacation. It is a guest favorite for family reunions, getaways, or group get togethers. The home features three well appointed master suites. The second floor houses the 4th bedroom and loft area with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with pull out Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 4 people) in the private bedroom, a shared bathroom located in the hallway between the two spaces, and a open loft area that has a King bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. Between the loft and the bedroom, this area sleeps 8 people for the perfect Slumber Party! This level also has a spacious balcony overlooking the large private pool, patio, and tiki hut space. Exit this level via the patio door and through a pool gate and you're ready to relax at the private pool and spa, or tiki hut area. You will also have access to a separate community heated pool and spa that is located about 1 block away. This home has it all and it's a favorite of all of our guests. It offers so many great features and its for that reason that so many people love to stay. Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included - please note that the quantity of beach chairs may not be the sufficient for everyone in the home to have one - based on the homes max occupancy -
