Spacious bedrooms with a King and en-suite in the Master, 2 XL twins with a jack and jill bathroom in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper, all brand new mattresses. Enjoy your morning coffee or an adult beverage in its own brand new, semi-private heated plunge pool, (shared with its sister property when booked separately) with a sun shelf and sitting bench. The owners went over and beyond with the remodel of the Casita. New wall-mounted TV's in each room. Fully stocked kitchen. Sleeps 6. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach cart provided with this property. Private assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles. The lush, tropical landscaping is lit at night creating special effects and private porches and outdoor seating are available for relaxing and dining El fresco. For guest's convenience, we have a private washer and dryer. Also a propane BBQ grill (shared with its sister property) for the griller in your group. This property does NOT allow parties/celebrations of any nature; bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, birthday, etc. NO boats, boat trailers or RV's allowed on property. Also, no glassware in or on the pool deck. We provide plastic ware for the pool area. *PLEASE NOTE: The pool and BBQ grill is shared between the two Casita's.
