Walk up the stairs of the home, front, porch and step into the multi-story foyer and cozy sitting room. The first level is flush with living space to cater to up to eight guests. The wide-open floor creates a true focal point for the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The kitchen comes complete with a stainless steel refrigerator and a large eat-in kitchen island with enough seating for four guests. With high ceilings and access to the backyard, the natural lighting is able to flood in and bathe every inch of the first floor. The plush family room holds multiple comfortable couches with a sliding glass door that leads out to the pool and patio area. A fully updated half-bath next to the living room maximizes convenience for family gatherings and sunny days spent at the private pool. Atop the cascading stairs, the second-floor houses four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. Through a set of grand french doors, the master suite lies decorated with dark rich woods and a private balcony that has views that reach from the screened-in pool all the way to the backyard canal waters. The private master bath comes with a walk-in shower and a marbled garden bathtub. A second bedroom sits near the stairs’ landing, accented with nautical wicker furniture and soft pinks and blues. Adjacent is a full bathroom, with updated fixtures and a tiled walk-in shower. Further down the hallway are two more bedrooms: one with dual twin beds and another with its own queen bed. The former comes with a private balcony that overlooks the foliage of the front yard. Another bathroom can be found down the same hallway, with a full bath and ample privacy. The backyard is perfectly manicured from the moment you step off the patio deck to the private dock that overlooks the backyard canals of Siesta Key. The patio itself comes fully equipped with a grill and plenty of seating that surrounds the private pool and spa. It can host up to eight guests with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The peaceful retreat is just moments away from the bustle of Siesta Key Village and the glimmering sands of Siesta Key Beach.
