This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom Townhome sleeps 14 people in beds! This Townhome is the perfect beach house! Your family will love the PRIVATE HEATED POOL and SPA as well as the Game Room in the garage area with Ping Pong and Foosball. It features multiple balconies and patio spaces for outdoor enjoyment! This property is located directly in Siesta Key Village, and it is literally directly behind Ocean Boulevard, which is the main street of the Village, for easy walking access to ALL shopping, dining, nightlife, and more. It is 1 block to Siesta Key Beach as well. You can walk or bike to everything! The Living, Dining, and Kitchen are all in one open room, which makes it very easy for your family to gather in one space. This Master Bedroom area also has a sliding glass door that leads out to a Balcony area and staircase with direct access to the Pool. You can access the Private Game Room Area from the pool area or enter through the foyer and garage. You'll stay in complete comfort in this home. The home itself has been completely remodeled and feels cozy and fun with a coastal vibe. It is an elevated home, with 2 levels of living above the garage. On the ground level you will find a deep garage that fits 1-2 vehicles - one in front of the other, and a private Game Room area with a sliding door to your private pool area. There is also a pool patio space with a picnic table and BBQ grill for outdoor entertaining as well. On the First level of living, you will find a Kitchen with hardwood cabinets and granite countertops. The dining space contains a 7-person bar top dining area, as well as a small dining table for 3 people. There are additional dining options (2 people) on the exterior balcony and pool patio spaces (4-6 people) as well. The living room has comfortable seating, HDTV, and WiFi throughout the home. The Living Room also has a Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed. This floor also contains the Master bedroom with a King Bed and En Suite bathroom. This Master Bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and a spiral staircase with direct access to the pool. There is a 1/2 bath and a Washer and Dryer, on this floor as well. On the Second level of living, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, both of which have En Suite Bathrooms. Bedroom 2 features a King Bed, and Bedroom 3 features 2 - Full over Full Bunk Beds. These Bunk Beds are Double Beds over Double Beds, instead of a typical Twin over Twin bunk bed. Because of this, they are perfect for adults or children and they can sleep between 4-8 people in this room. The home is set up perfectly for 14 people. The pool and patio area is a great place for you to relax or rinse off from the beach. Or, get the same feel on your balcony space overlooking the pool.
