The home that has been tastefully decorated to make you feel like you're at home. This Amazing Home has a Beautiful Pool with Spa and a waterfall feature and natural landscaping that will have you relaxed in no time. The location will have you smiling as you're just a 7 Minute Walk to Siesta Key Beach Access 1, and about a 10min bike ride to the back entrance to Siesta Key Village and all of the shopping, dining, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and entertainment that Downtown Siesta has to offer. When you're done exploring all there is to do in Siesta Key, you'll come back to an amazing vacation home that you can call your own. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation! The main building of this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home features 1 King bedroom, 1 Master Bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom. The separate mother-in-law suite across the pool area features 2 Queen beds, walk-in closet with a wine fridge and a bathroom which is perfect for multi-family or friends traveling together. The living space is very open, and the rear sliding glass doors that lead to the amazing new pool allow great natural light into the home. The outdoor area is gorgeous, highlighted with a very large deck and heated pool and spa. Most of our guests spend the majority of their time out here because it's such an awesome space for entertaining, relaxing, reading a book, or watching your children and/or friends swim and have fun. This home offers it all, and you're close enough to everything. This home is perfect for your next vacation, book it before someone else does. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
