** Due to circumstances out of our control, the pool on the 2nd floor in between the buildings is closed due to refurbishment. You do still have the access to the pool that is on the beach** This Unique 2 Bedroom 2 Bath 1600 sq. ft. condo on the 2nd floor is a quiet and peaceful setting and opens up directly to one of the two pools through an additional large outside dining patio. Beautiful kitchen with open concept, washer/dryer in unit, Bamboo floors throughout. The patio has a stovetop feature and a nearby common grill 20’ away at poolside. Gulf side Beachfront amenities, , high-definition TV with YouTube TV, internet, 2 heated pools, hot tub, heated bidet-toilet in master bath, beach chairs on the beach and pools for Crescent guests, fitness center and covered parking (2 spots). No pets and No smoking. 1 King and 2 Queen beds, January thru April- 2 week min. May thru Dec.- 1 week min. Sleeps 6, Max people 6.
