This cozy cottage has just finished an interior remodel that brought this condo to life! It is located in the Village West complex in the heart of Siesta Key Village. This 2nd floor condo is one of only a handful of townhomes and condos in this complex, and you'll have access to it's heated community pool and 1 Reserved Parking Space. You'll love the relaxed coastal vibe of this unit, and it is just steps from the beach, the pool, Siesta Key Village and so much fun! This condo is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation!
This vacation home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. On the ground level you will find a storage closet for your beach equipment, access to the community pool, and the staircase to the condo unit. The condo is elevated and does require a few stairs to enter the home. There is no elevator on site. Upon entering the home, you'll find the Great Room and Balcony access to your left, and both Bedrooms and Bathrooms down the hallway to your right. The great room contains the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and a Balcony. The fully stocked kitchen opens directly to the dining and living area so the chef of the family won't feel excluded. The dining area has seating for 6-8 people, with a 4 top outdoor table on the balcony as well. The living room is the perfect size with plenty of seating. You can enjoy the TV with HDTV Comcast service, as well as WiFi throughout the home.
Down the hallway, you'll find the condo's 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Bed, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom features a 2 - Twin over Full Bunk Beds (sleeps 6) with a bathroom just outside of this room with a shower/tub combination. This bath also doubles as the living area bathroom.
Just a short one-minute walk to the beach, via Siesta Key Beach Access 4, and you'll be enjoying the #1 Beach in the USA and #3 Beach in the World according to Trip Advisor. 2 Beach chairs are provided to guests to use at the beach at no cost. No need to carry your chairs to the beach here, this home also has a beach wagon and a beach cooler.
The condo is literally located one street off of Ocean Boulevard, and it is just steps to Siesta Key Village where you can find top notch restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. There is a free trolley to this area, or we can help you catch a "Free Ride" on one of the "tip only" golf cart shuttles on the island.
Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
We provide starter package of laundry detergent and dish washer liquid. Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap in all the bathrooms are also provided.
