There are two master suites where one upstairs in the open loft area with a king bed, carpet, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combo that is beautifully renovated. The ensuite bath has tile floors, new solid stone counters, a new cabinet with sink and faucet, and plenty of room for all your personal items. The loft is open and airy with limited viewing for privacy. Although there is a proper railing, please do not allow your kids up in the loft area unattended. Off to the side is an open closet with shelving for your things plus a washer & dryer for your convenience. Connected to the loft is a lovely balcony with views of the Gulf.
The second master suite is downstairs and has access to the balcony with bistro seating for two that is shared via the kitchen as well. There are two queen beds with an attached bathroom that has been fully renovated in beachy colors, a new solid stone counter, and gorgeous vanity. The shower is all newly tiled with an oversized rain shower head.
Enjoy fishing, and kayak/canoe/stand-up paddleboard launch, a private pier, high-speed internet, clubhouse, hammock, board/card games & puzzles. One parking space is designated for this unit with extra communal guest spaces. The campy clubhouse located on the gulf with expansive views is the childhood winter home of the famous Buster Brown. Enjoy either the inside areas, the screened-in lanai, or use the communal kitchen for a small gathering. Wear your brown tie-up shoes or in memory of his wife, your Mary Janes, and recollect the famous origins of this winter paradise. E.B. White, the children's author, also wintered very nearby as well.
The location is great the property is located close to the north bridge with easy access to downtown Sarasota for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You are just a short stroll from Siesta Key Village for shopping and dining you don't even need a car.
