You can enjoy the beach and the water activities at Turtle Beach, which is less crowded than Crescent Beach and great for shell collecting.
This unit is on the third floor, and you can use the elevator or the outside stairs to get there. This unit has been renovated with modern tile flooring, and new kitchen and baths. The kitchen has granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, a glass top range and oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The dining area has a table for four next to the kitchen. The living room has a stylish couch and loveseat, a large flat panel HDTV, and a wonderful view of the lanai and the Gulf. The lanai has glass sliders that let you see the Gulf and the beach. This unit has its own high-speed WIFI. It also has a full size washer/dryer. You can use the boat docks for free if you bring your own boat or rent one here. You can keep your boat at the condo all week long. (Note: trailers cannot be stored on site)
The complex is close to Sarasota airport, Tampa, and Orlando. There are many great restaurants and golf courses nearby.
