Guests have access to both beach and bay sides. Both sides have a heated pool, hot tub, restrooms, gas grills and beach chairs. Bay side also has a fishing pier, shuffleboard, work out room, tennis, pickle ball, on site rental office, and beautiful spacious grounds. It is a short walk to several restaurants and shops. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom including an extra sink and vanity in the dressing area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and all new appliances with a large open airy and bright living space. Flat screen televisions are present in both bedrooms and living area. Cable television and Wi-Fi / internet are included. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom all have a bay view; perfect for watching the sunrise and boats go by on the inter-coastal waterway. The unit is on the 3rd floor with access by stairs or elevator. One under building parking spot is included along with ample covered extra parking outside under carport. It is a short 3 minute walk from the unit to the beach. " The lanai is enclosed with glass/screens but is open to the living room. " There are no bath tubs, but the showers in the bathrooms are granite and have beautiful hand-made cast glass partitions by an artist. " Linens and beach towels are provided. " 2 bedrooms (1-King and 2 twin beds) and there are two brand new Italian leather couches that pull out into beds to sleep an additional 4 people. " Bedrooms and dressing rooms are brand new carpet and the rest is all granite/tile. " All appliances and media are brand new. " Washer and dryer in unit. " Intercoastal waterway view and sunrise from the lanai and master bedroom. " Private secured access to the beach. " Covered parking, ground level. " Level 2 unit, which is actually 3rd floor as parking is on the first. We absolutely love it here and hope that you do as well!!
