We invite you to enjoy a visit to this lovely updated 2 bedroom/2 bath unit located in the beautifully landscaped garden area of this complex. It is only minutes away from the pristine # 1 Siesta Key Beach with a private beach area specifically for our guests. Enjoy swimming in the three (3) heated pools on the grounds. Two BBQ grills are available for guests, one located right off the beach for a fabulous picnic under one of the pavilions. The condominium offers a large, 45" television in the living area. A leather couch with reclining capability will ensure you can relax after a long day on the beach. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen area with seating for four (4). Additional seating is available on the newly extended and paved patio! We have a dining set with seating for six (6) for you to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather! Too hot? There is a patio umbrella over the table so you can be comfortable! This kitchen condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of home ~ including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and plenty of storage space. The en suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combination. In addition, this bedroom has it's own Hi-Def FIOS TV. The guest bedroom has two (2) queen size beds and a full bathroom directly across the hall with a walk-in shower. There is a FIOS TV in this bedroom, as well. There is a washer/dryer in this unit for your convenience and has tiled floors throughout. Enjoy secure, private Wi-Fi, as well. The owners have provided the following for guests to enjoy: beach towels, beach chairs, beach trolley, and various beach toys. There are also great books and board games for night entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful stroll down to the beach on the pathway running behind this unit through the gardens; it is not necessary to cross the main road to reach the beach. This is especially important when you have children. In addition, the quiet location enables you to sleep soundly because the noise from the pool areas is inaudible from this unit.
