Welcome to this charming villa on beautiful Crescent Beach, Siesta Key. As one of the closest Villas to the Gulf of Mexico, you are literally steps away from the top rated beach in the United States. The Villa’s décor is comfy and casual, featuring a sofa, loveseat and two recliners. Put your feet up and enjoy a late-night movie in this cozy villa. The TV has all of your favorite channels and is fully stocked with your favorite movie and viewing apps. This unit features two bedrooms, one bath, an eat-in kitchen, and a family room that is larger than most. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a pull-out couch, plenty of comfy seating and televisions in every room. In one room there is a king-size bed, the other has two twin beds, and the pull-out sofa is full-sized. There is even a roll-away cot if you need it. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Outside you have an umbrella shaded table so you can enjoy outdoor dining, a charcoal grill and a full stock of umbrellas and beach toys for your use. Unit has one parking space, but if necessary, you can fit two cars in the driveway.
