Spacious and very quiet 1st floor garden condo, 2nd unit from end with easy walking to pool and beach. Our convenient covered carport space is almost directly across from our door. Guests are provided with a key to our private outside storage shed where you will find beach toys, rafts, a wagon, etc. Kitchen as been recently renovated with new appliances and a *really cool* recycled glass counter top. A stainless steel food prep area, washer and dryer and large pantry are a plus. I provide lots of pots and pans and small appliances, with all the conveniences of home. As I am able, I keep the kitchen well stocked with paper products, foil, plastics, laundry and dishwasher detergents, etc. so you can begin enjoying your vacation right away. In the tiled dining room, you can choose to sit on the 4 metal stools and eat at the kitchen counter, or sit at the formal glass topped dining table to enjoy your meals. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large television and DVD.
