The telephone service includes an answering machine and free long distance calling in the United States, Canada. The unit is equipped with all the conveniences of home a dishwasher, microwave, oven, garbage disposal, ceiling fans in each room and a washer/dryer. A screened lanai is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms and covered parking is provided.
