It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has one full size bed and a bunk bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom). Both bathrooms are newly-renovated, while the master has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub combo. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. This condo does not has a landline in the unit. The condo has tile and wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
