2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Front View Large Condominium. | This newly renovated third floor Bay Front 2-bedroom 2-bathroom over-sized end-unit condominium, is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 50 inch TV, and the guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed with a 38 inch TV. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room with a large 60 inch flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
