This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. The master bedroom is furnished with two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV with HD, while the guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 32" flat screen TV with HD. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with FIOS HDTV service for your enjoyment. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig. There is carpeting in the two bedrooms and the balance of the unit is tiled. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.
