Introducing this one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom Siesta Key vacation condominium located on the second floor, of this Gulf side property. Due to its world-class location, you will literally a two-minute walk onto the beach and one minute to the sparkling pool. This four-person condominium has a minimalist beach-style decor. The half bathroom is very convenient when you have guests. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook - and entertain during your stay. The dining room has a large marble table with four comfortable chairs. The living room has a large three-person sofa, a single sofa, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV (with a sports subscription package for sports fans). There's also a comfortably furnished outdoor or indoor patio with a screened-in area so you can enjoy the tropical breeze with friends and family. The comfortably decorated bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 29 inch flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a convenient tub/shower combination.
