The main living level is up a flight of stairs, leading to the open concept public spaces, one of the bedrooms, and a full bath. French doors provide even more light, leading out to one of multiple private balconies that overlook the pool and a smart TV allows guests to watch their favorite streaming shows.
Located just off the kitchen, the dining room offers a warm gathering space with a large wood table surrounded by traditional wicker chairs that are cushioned for your comfort. Windows with plantation shutters keep the area bright. There are six chairs for the table, but the breakfast bar directly opposite offers overflow seating for 4 more.
Featuring granite counters and backsplash, custom cabinets, and appliances in stainless steel, the kitchen is a cheerfully elegant space. Offering double ovens and a coffee maker, as well as all the necessities for prepping meals (minus the food) this space will be well-used during your stay.
Blue walls mimic the shade of the sky on a beautiful Florida day in the bedroom on this level and sea themed accessories remind occupants that the white sand beaches of Siesta Key are within walking distance of this tranquil bedroom. (And the rest of the house, of course!) Plantation shutters flank the windows. This room shares access to the main bath on this level, offering a tub shower combo, and single vanity.
Head up the stairs to find the remaining 2 bedrooms and baths. The 2nd guest room, with king bed, a smart tv, and an ensuite bath. As in the rest of the house, plantation shutters allow guests to keep the morning light out, and the bath offers a checker board style tile job in its walk-in shower and a single vanity. A full laundry room is also on this level, as well as access to nine beach towels (one for each guest!).
