Beach accessories include: 1 beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, pull cooler, umbrella and beach towels. HOA application needed. It's just a notification process, so it's quick. This is a NO PET, NON Smoking/Vaping in the unit nor on the screened balcony. Driveway parking in front of the unit.
