Welcome to your Private Pool Home Getaway! This 3 Bedroom pool home can sleep 6 comfortably. This property is located 5 miles from Siesta Key Beach. The house is located just minutes away from shopping, groceries, and Starbucks. What more could you ask for? When walking into the house you will notice the vibrant colors and open floor plan. The house has plenty of space for relaxation, in the family room, you have two chairs and a sofa that offers a sleeper sofa. In the main living room, it offers a sectional couch and large Flat Screen TV that overlooks the pool deck and large fenced-in backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and offers all upgraded appliances. On the back porch is a large enclosed lanai with a pool that goes down to 6ft deep. (Pool can be heated for an additional charge, Inquire for more info) Also, the pool deck has a nice kitchen area to enjoy the outside with a sink and mini-fridge. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The Master Bedroom is off the right side of the house and offers a King size bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the left-wing of the house. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 offers two twin size beds.
