Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it offers proximity to fantastic amenities and is just minutes away from the pristine shores of Siesta and Lido Beaches. As you enter, you're greeted by a cozy living room, featuring a large window that bathes the space in natural light. Furnished with a plush gray couch, an armchair, and a storage ottoman, it's an inviting space for relaxation. The adjacent dining area boasts a high table for six and a black couch, perfect for meals or casual lounging. With its abundant windows and direct access to the pool area, the living room is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. There's also a high table for four, offering additional dining space. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is conveniently located nearby. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house to keep you connected. The master bedroom exudes elegance with its king-size bed, dressed in a sleek white and gray decor. It features a walk-in dressing room and two windows that let in plenty of natural light. The master bathroom offers a tub, toilet, sink, and mirrors for your convenience. The second bedroom boasts two twin-size beds, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both rooms are adorned in soothing shades of blue and black, offering spacious closets, dressers, and nightstands. Large windows in both bedrooms provide ample natural light. The second bathroom provides a tub, sink, toilet, and mirror. Step outside to the spacious screened swimming pool, a perfect spot to soak up Sarasota's year-round average temperature of 73 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius). Equipped with a dining table for six and four deckchairs, it's ideal for quality time with family and friends. The hot tub is also available, heated to the same temperature as the pool. However, during the summer and fall months, the pool/hot tub is not heated. Please note that this is an older Florida home, so don't expect updated furniture or amenities. The property is surrounded by large trees, which can result in leaves falling on the pool cage. Sarasota offers sun, sand, water, and a vibrant city scene with eateries, theaters, boutiques, and art enclaves. Close by, you'll find Lido Beach and Siesta Beach, both renowned for their powdery white sands. Additionally, the historic downtown is just 2 miles away, easily accessible by bike.
