This fully renovated home has three bedrooms and a separate guest efficiency near the pool and private backyard. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a large living area with a pool table and an open concept kitchen. You can take a seat at the kitchen bar or sit at the dining table nearby to enjoy a meal at home with friends and family. The modern well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space and equipment for making delicious meals. This comfortable private home is located just minutes from downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. . No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 7 miles and Lido Beach is 5 miles from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 20 minutes drive from the home.
