The condo is spacious and well-appointed. It includes a detached garage with a garage door opener and a service door for easy access. Located on the second floor, the unit features vaulted ceilings for an open, comfortable feel. With 1,675 square feet of living space, there's plenty of room to spread out. The living room boasts new sofas (as of March 2022).
The master bedroom has a king bed, a small flat-screen TV, beautiful pond views, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. New light-blocking draperies have been added. There's a walk-in closet with ample storage space. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, new wood tile flooring, and a closet. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination and a single sink vanity. The den includes a comfortable leather sofa with decorative pillows.
The dining room table seats six, with a pass-through to the kitchen for easy serving and cleanup. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishware for home-cooked meals. There's a dinette in the kitchen that seats four. A full-sized private washer and dryer are available for your use.
Please note, the condo requires walking up one flight of stairs to reach the front door. Once inside, everything is on one level.
