As you enter, the luminous living room welcomes you, adorned with large sliding windows that open to a paved patio. It's furnished with a comfortable brown couch, an armchair, a glass coffee table, lamps, and a smart TV. The open-plan kitchen has been recently renovated and is equipped with essential appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle, and cooking and eating utensils (please note there is no dishwasher or oven). The breakfast bar can accommodate two guests for meals or serve as a convenient workspace. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet adjacent to the kitchen. The bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a desk with a chair, and a large window allowing natural light to fill the room. The ensuite bathroom has also been tastefully renovated and includes a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Step out onto the lovely terrace to bask in the beautiful Floridian weather.
