We have provided all basic kitchen utensils including small appliances, dishes, stemware, coffee cups etc. All the beds and furnishings are new and ready to go. There is community laundry available and easy to use with an app located below this unit. No coins needed.

This is a 2 monthly minimum property so longer stays are welcome. HOA application required and needs a 10 day approval period. All family members can go on one application, but non-family members over the age of 18 need to be on a separate application with a separate fee.
