Nestled on a secluded 20-acre gated retreat, our Spanish-style home offers a private haven with breathtaking 360-degree views of the Santa Ynez Valley. Conveniently located within 5 minutes of Foxen Canyon, Los Olivos, and Solvang, it serves as an ideal weekend getaway. A minimum one-month rental is required for bookings. The architecture of our home emphasizes indoor/outdoor living, with over 5,000 square feet of deck enveloping it on all sides. Accessible from every room, the expansive deck is the perfect setting to commence or conclude your day. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, the dining and sleeping arrangements feature two wings – one facing west and the other east. Each wing houses separate master suites, complemented by two spacious guest bedrooms. In total, the house offers 4 king beds and 2 queen beds. The deck seamlessly extends to a spacious swimming pool (unheated) and a garden with a BBQ area. A delightful orchard walk runs behind the pool, showcasing over 30 mature citrus and avocado trees. Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house, excluding the west-facing 3-car garage, with an east-facing 3-car garage reserved for their use.
