Perched above Pacific Palisades, this house is an idyllic scene with sweeping views of the canyon. A bubbling fountain greets you in the courtyard, opening into a mission-style foyer with an iron chandelier. Next is a queen-size room with an ensuite.
A set of stairs on the left leads to the other bedrooms – four more serene rooms dressed in rich earth tones and glossy wood. To the right of the foyer, there’s a smart dining room which leads to the courtyard.
Head towards the back of the house and you’ll find a living room with a piano and working fireplace. There’s a kitchen with a marble breakfast bar on the left, and just beyond there’s another living area with a plump window seat under exposed wooden rafters. French doors in either living room flow out onto a cliff-side patio with outdoor seating, a swimming pool and adjoining hot tub.
Please note there is occasional construction in the neighborhood and surrounding canyon, so there may be some noise heard at times during the day.
This home has an open swimming pool accessible via the back door without a fence. The pool cover is not for use.
There is space to park two cars on the driveway of the home.
