Also on the first floor is the home office and a bedroom. The home office is large enough for two separate workstations, perfect for remote learning or working! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master (primary) bedroom features a California King sized bed, TV, and two separate private balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset from. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Though this home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is very accessible to all Santa Barbara and the beach is just a quick 10 minute drive from the home, and there are copious amounts of hiking and biking trails nearby as well.
