Beyond the Living Room is a spacious formal Dining Room with another gas fireplace and seating for ten guests! Gather for a memorable formal meal in front of the fireplace or enjoy a casual dinner after a day at the beach. Spread out a puzzle or play a board game on the big table at home for more family fun time together.
Through the Dining Room is a Kitchen fully equipped to please the chef in every crowd. The kitchen table is a lovely spot to sit and chat with coffee, chocolate milk, or wine and cheese!
Both Bathrooms at this property have been completely remodeled. The larger marble-tiled Bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a shower. The bathrooms are both on the main floor.
This home is equipped with a new washer and dryer.
When you're ready to get some rest, choose from the Primary Bedroom, two additional Queen Bedrooms, and a Den with Twin beds. There are several individual beds in this house to sleep ten people comfortably: one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and four twin beds! The Primary Bedroom, also on the main floor has a king-size bed. Upstairs, the Den has cozy chairs and another TV as well as two twin beds. Just beyond the Den is a large Family Bedroom that has a queen-size bed and two more twin beds.
The second floor windows have air conditioners to keep you cool in the summer. This is the only AC in the home.
Relax outside in the private Back Patio area which includes a grill with outdoor dining and seating. This charming outdoor space is framed by lime, grapefruit, tangerine, and orange trees. A private tropical oasis. It is a truly lovely Santa Barbara outdoor space, and the perfect place to create memorable time with family and friends.
