The outdoor firepit is connected to gas to keep your wood logs burning late into the night. Treat the kids to an evening of campfire stories and making Smore's. Later in the evening, the adults can enjoy a sip of wine or after-dinner cocktails around the fire while taking in the stars.
The hot tub is perched at the edge of the property and looks out over the sand and ocean. Enjoy the use of the boogie boards, 2 surfboards, and 2 kayaks. The kids in all of us will enjoy the ice cream bar, which we always stock up before your arrival with ice cream, cones, and all the delicious toppings for your enjoyment.
Living areas: The first family room is casual and has a fireplace with a flat-screen TV, a sectional sofa, and a smaller dining room table for 6. This room has windows with ocean views and a sliding door out to the yard and beach. There are two bathrooms adjacent to this room. One is a full bath with a walk-in shower, the second bathroom is a half bath only.
The second living room is a warm and inviting sun-filled room with wall-to-wall windows and beautiful views of the ocean. This room is the perfect location to relax, soak in the sun, and enjoy the views. The ice cream bar is adjacent to this room complete with a freezer to store your treats and a smaller refrigerator for storing your toppings or adult beverages.
The third living room is your elegant after-dinner cocktail room with a cozy fireplace and several couches and chairs. This room also features a TV, and this room is adjacent to the large dining table that seats 8-10 people.
The kitchen is open and spacious with three ovens, a 9 burner gas stovetop, a large marble center island with barstools, wine storage, and a large stainless steel refrigerator.
The backyard features a gas grill, a stone picnic table that seats 10, chaise lounge, and chairs. At night you can light up the fire pit and enjoy a cozy night with the sound of the surf and the dancing flames to keep you warm. Throw another log on the fire to stay warm.
Beautiful windows are located throughout the house to let in natural light as well as the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Open the automatic skylights throughout the home for additional ocean breezes. Everything you can imagine is at your disposal with this property, including an old-fashioned ice cream bar, 2 informal gathering rooms, 5 fireplaces, and 6 flat-screen TVs. The elegant formal dining is capable of serving 10 guests. The gourmet kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances, 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, warming drawer, trash compactor, ice maker, and wine cooler. For the outdoor enthusiast, there is plenty of beach equipment, kayaks, and his and her beach cruisers.
