Presenting this magnificent renovated luxury Carpinteria villa with magnificent views. Ascend the outside stairs from the driveway to the welcoming main level grand entry and upon entering be wowed by the wall of windows with world class views. The wrap-around south-facing deck offers a wonderful outdoor relaxing and entertaining space where guests will enjoy seamless panorama views- The suspended veranda offers up unobstructed vistas that span from east to west. Truly world class. The living room offers a canvass for exhibiting the wonderful collectable art pieces all anchored by an inviting fireplace, and flat-screen television. There is also an open office area for those that must keep up with the office back home. The custom kitchen is magnificent with two granite islands three sinks, a walk-in pantry, a six-burner gas range with griddle, and a large capacity refrigerator. Leading from the kitchen is access to the back dining deck with a barbecue, and raised garden beds. The master suite and two well appointed guest bedrooms are situated on the main level of the villa and the master suite enjoys soaring ceilings, a king-size bed, television, and sliding doors that open to the east terrace. The spa quality bathroom offers a spectacular soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet. Two guest rooms share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with a glass shower. The larger of the two rooms offer a king-size bed and television, whereas the other has a queen-size Sleep Number bed. A laundry room and powder room complete the floor plan of this main level. A lower level, where a private suite offers a king-size bed, swivel seating, television, desk, and a private entrance off the driveway. It is important to note that this suite does not directly connect to the upstairs as access is through the two-car garage. This is a restful place with ultimate privacy. Surrounding the property are lush hillsides where native plantings and the pink and purple hues of sunset dot the landscape. The City of Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara are all just a short drive making a day at the beach convenient and close by.
