The house was originally designed in 1978. Completely re-imagined by the Montecito, this house sits on an acre and a half of mature, sustainable lush gardens. The outdoor space includes a newly refurbished pool and hot tub, fire pit, tennis court, and basketball hoop designed for evening play. The indoor space, painted in shades of white, features wood floors, Moroccan and Indian rugs, and modern art throughout. The house was designed for outdoor living and has an outstanding indoor-outdoor flow. At the far end of the east of the house is the master bedroom suite which features high ceilings, a modern ceiling-to-floor slate fireplace an ebony wood bed with Asian influences, Moroccan rugs, a 65-inch smart TV, and French doors that lead out to a garden and the hot tub/pool. A walk-in closet has plenty of hanging and storage space. The master bath features a large steam shower, custom-made walnut cabinets, black granite countertops, dual sinks, a makeup vanity, and a Moroccan chandelier. The family room features expansive Spanish-style windows, a fireplace, a mid-century style sectional, an Aemes lounge chair, and a 65-inch smart TV.
