The serene views from the balcony are of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez mountains. The location can't be beaten for the ultimate "park your car and leave it" beach destination. The access to the beach is a super easy walk from the condo, across the street, and through a small parking lot which leads right up to the sandy beach. For ultimate convenience, the beach has bathroom facilities and outdoor showers. The condo has a sleeping arrangement for 4 people and allows a maximum of six occupants. Guests need to supply their own towels, linens, cots, or air mattress for the extra guest.
Back at the condo, we have two pools and a hot tub, along with two poolside bathrooms with shower stalls. At the entrance to the condo complex are foot-washing stations and a gated parking area for one car. Downtown Carpinteria is an easy walk from the condo with almost all the restaurants and stores less than 1 mile away, and many of them are less than 1/2 mile away.
Living Areas
Inside the condo living room, you have lovely wood-style flooring and a cozy living room with a sofa and two comfortable leather chairs that swivel. Find yourself unwinding from your day while enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. Or take a moment to slip out the sliding glass door to the balcony where you'll find two high deck chairs where you can sit and enjoy the mild onshore breeze and watch the colors of the sunset gleaming off the ocean waters while you sip on your favorite beverage. The gourmet chef in you will enjoy the gas BBQ and dreaming about the food you're going to grill and share with your family & friends.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen features full-size appliances, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave. The dining room table seats four. You will find everything you need to cook your meals and enjoy the time spent with your family while making lifelong memories.
Bedrooms & Baths
Located on the second floor, you have a master bedroom with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Open the window and be lulled to sleep by the soothing sound of the surf washing up onto the sandy beach.
The adjacent guest bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the bedrooms and has two sinks and a remolded glass and tile walk-in shower. Downstairs you have a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.
