This magnificent vacation home offers a wonderful opportunity for those wanting to stay right across from Arroyo Burro beach known by the locals as Hendry's Beach where you can enjoy the famous beach, Boathouse Restaurant, May we recommend heading to the boathouse for dinner at sunset and make sure you get the outdoor beachside table. Set within a park like setting, this property is the ideal place for those that want a large garden private setting. The lovely living room, dining Room, and kitchen are tastefully decorated and furnished. The Dining Room offers access to the Kitchen, where you have additional seating options, and the fully equipped Kitchen enjoys granite counter tops and all you will need for dining and entertaining during your visit. A gas BBQ. is situated in the garden area. A laundry room with a brand-new, front-loading washer and dryer is available for guests use. On the first floor there is a half bathroom along with a bedroom with a cozy queen bed, plenty of closet space, and access to the back yard through a private entrance and patio. On the upper level is a full Bathroom with tile counter tops and a spacious shower/tub combo. Beyond that is a second Bedroom with a Queen size bed, unique bedside lighting, and plenty of closet space. The Master Bedroom En Suite offers a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a seating area with an exclusive view of the spacious front yard and beach across the street. When you're ready to lay down for the night, the Main Bedroom has a plush King bed. At the end of the hall is a beautiful, bright fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and an amazing view of the Hendry's Beach, this is sure to be one of the favorite Bedrooms in the house. Enjoy a special setting above Douglas Family Preserve, a bluff top family and dog friendly open space with walking trails, and the exclusive community of Hope Ranch. You will also find Elings Park just blocks away, drawing hang-gliders and para-gliders all year long. A perfect mesa neighborhood.
