This is a fantastic contemporary vacation home located on a private 2-acre lot in the gorgeous hills just outside Santa Barbara. This home is perfect for anyone who enjoys nature, watching birds of prey soaring in the air and seeing star-filled skies at night and still be within 5 minutes to the best supermarkets in Santa Barbara (Whole Foods and Gelsons) and the upper state street dining, shopping and entertainment options. When you’re ready for some beach time you’re a quick drive to the Arroyo Burro beach which is located within 5 miles to the home. Downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB are also within 5 miles to the home. The living room has soaring 20-foot ceilings, wood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace with a gas starter. The kitchen is equipped with a Bosch convection oven and a gas cooktop with five burners, a Sub Zero refrigerator, and a center island with six barstools.
