Beautiful Montecito Beach Home, Close to Butterfly/East Beach This gorgeous Montecito 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach home is close to all that Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer. In the perfect location for a family gathering, this vacation rental is walking distance to Butterfly Beach (1/2 mile) and just up the road from East Beach (less than a mile). Walk, ride a bike or take a short drive to Coast Village Road with many upscale shops and fine restaurants. Downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone with its many wine tasting rooms, breweries and restaurants are also less than a 5-minute drive. The home is large enough to sleep 10 in beds and can accommodate a few extra children on floor space. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room or playing a game of ping pong or pool in the game room. For dining at home, the kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The large dining room table is perfect for gathering the family for a meal.
