This 100-year-old residence has been completely remodeled and now enjoys top of the line modern amenities and updated decor. As well as a main house there is a lovely detached guest studio with a sitting room, fireplace, bathroom, and kitchenette. This fresh and contemporary residence enjoys cool white stucco, cerulean blue trim, period art, and top of the line yet comfortable furnishings. Vaulted wood truss beam ceiling soars over a sun-filled living room with French doors opening to the outdoor gathering and entertaining area. The terrace is a relaxing apres beach venue and a fountain provides relaxing water sounds.Extra features include a fireplace, streaming programming, flat screen tvs, and a vintage desk for cathching up with work. A magnificent chandelier anchors the spacious kitchen where you will find a distressed wood dining table seats at least six easily for in-kitchen dining. The next best spot for Sunday brunch or quiet conversation is the blue bistro table in the center of the enclosed courtyard between the kitchen and the detached one-car garage. Step out the wrought iron gate and stroll through the picturesque Hedgerow streets as a daily practice. Up a gently winding staircase, French doors lead to an adorable "terraza," simply ideal for a morning espresso or sunset glass of Prosecco. It is the most perfect perch at any time of day to enjoy the beauty of the immaculate landscape below. The primary bedroom with a king-size bed feels like a chic, boutique hotel room. Toss open the French doors to let the coastal breezes waft into the sun-filled room or cozy up by the fireplace with a great read. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and pretty views of the gardens and backyard below. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower. The detached guest studio with a sitting room, fireplace, bathroom, and kitchenette is a lovely space amid the garden oasis. With a private entrance off the kitchen and gated driveway, the guest who desires more autonomy can feel close to the main house activities but enjoy a little more separation and privacy. A notable upgrade is having the E-car charger available right outside the wrought iron gate on the driveway. The Hedgerow area is between the Upper and Lower Villages of Montecito, where fine dining at Lucky's, shopping at trendy boutiques like Whisky and Leather on Coast Village Road, or scheduling a casual breakfast with locals and friends at The Pharmacy in the Upper Village, are all in close proximity to Villa Rosetta. It is also most notable that Butterfly Beach, and The Rosewood Miramar Resort are easily within walking distance.
