Beautiful mountain views to one side, the beautiful beach to the other. With a design style that was thoughtfully created by two well-known LA designers, this cozy and comfortable property offers guests not only a stylish experience but a comfortable one too. Teak plank flooring stretches throughout the entire apartment, with walls of windows that flood the space with plenty of sunshine and light. The open floor plan allows for easy conversation between the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen, all with beautiful mountain views (and palm trees) as your backdrop. Though rarely needed due to all the windows that invite the coastal breezes to flow through the rooms, there is also newly installed central Air Conditioning. A comfortable Living Room seating area faces the 60" Samsung Smart TV with all the newest features for streaming one's favorite shows and movies. Two framed vintage blue bathing suits, colorful Kodak ad art, and original foam boogie boards and skim boards are iconic features reminiscent of the mid-century decades. The Dining Table is one-of-a-kind. It was handmade by an LA artist of reclaimed basketball court wood that was sanded down and purposely left to look weathered and used, clear coated, and made into the table. At the breakfast bar, the hand-carved solid walnut slab was brought in from Oregon, adding yet another special and thoughtful element.
