The kitchen is open to the lovely spacious living area and is well equipped with plenty of recently added granite counters - The openspaces makes for dramatic views and a bright interior. The seamless glass railing offers great views of the surf and beach.
The lower level rooms were professionally decorated as yacht style staterooms and have wonderful bedding and fabrics to ensure your vacationing comfort. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with French doors that allow you to fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the surf.
Please note that occasionally during inclement weather conditions at time the sandy beach directly in front of the home may not be suitable for beach walks, typical of the Montecito and Santa Barbara Coast line however we are surrounded by an array of world class beaches.
