Our rental is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs unit in a newly renovated triplex that promises not to disappoint!
Living Space:
With an open floor plan and fresh, modern style, the living, dining, and kitchen areas create a communal hub for guests to cook, watch TV, mix up tropical drinks, and relax effortlessly. Perch on a bar stool at the granite center island to stay close to the culinary action, or enjoy a quick snack before heading to the beach with provided boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Stream your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV while sinking into a comfy queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious shower with a rain shower head and hand-held sprayer.
Second Bedroom: Unwind in the king-size bed, watch TV, or drift off to sleep dreaming about the next day’s adventures. Multi-charging cables on both bedside tables ensure your devices are always ready. Fine linens and plush towels add an extra touch of luxury.
Outdoor Patio:
A standout feature is the large outdoor patio, illuminated by bistro lights, offering a comfortable space to enjoy the mild Santa Barbara climate. Equipped with a Weber propane grill, dining for eight, a seating area, and shade for warmer days, the patio is a true extension of the home and exclusively for guest use.

A short walk brings you to West Beach and Cabrillo Boulevard. Explore the Funk Zone for world-class wine tasting, live music, unique eateries, and boutiques. Enjoy the soothing harbor lights after sunset, sip a margarita at Brophy’s, or purchase the local catch at Santa Barbara Seafood Company for a delicious meal at home. There’s so much to enjoy nearby!
We provide all linens, cookware, and supplies for our guests, along with two Pack and-Play portable cribs and two high chairs. Some homes offer central A/C, while others have portable high-efficiency A/C units—please inquire. We care about your stay and look forward to hosting you soon!
