Welcome to our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, located just a short stroll from the beach and downtown. This delightful home offers all the comforts of home and is the perfect place to unwind and relax during your vacation. The living room is filled with natural light and features a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sectional couch and chair, a Bistro table with seating for three, and a large TV for enjoyable movie nights after a fun-filled day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family. The dining table comfortably seats four, and outside, you'll find a fantastic patio area with a grill and additional seating, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor Santa Barbara beach ambiance. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer king beds, ample closet space, end tables, ceiling fans, attractive new floors, and sliding doors that lead to a large enclosed patio shared by both rooms. One of the bedrooms includes a large flat-screen TV, and each bedroom has a bathroom located just outside the door. One bathroom features a shower/tub combo, while the other offers a convenient walk-in shower. One of the highlights of our condo is its central location. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from downtown, the beach, and the wharf, where you can explore local shops, dine at marvelous restaurants, and enjoy various attractions. Additionally, our home is conveniently located near the Harbor at West Beach, where you can watch boats come and go or take a leisurely stroll to the famous "Funk Zone" to indulge in Santa Barbara's delightful wine-tasting rooms or tap rooms. Whatever your desires may be, you're sure to find them within reach. The condo also includes a laundry room, and there is parking available for one car (possibly two small cars in tandem style). You can leave your car behind and explore the area on foot. Whether you prefer to relax on the beach, immerse yourself in the downtown area, or simply enjoy the comfort of our condo, you'll find everything you need for an extraordinary vacation.
