Welcome to our charming downstairs condo, featuring two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideally situated just three blocks from the beach and two blocks from downtown! This home is the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation, complete with all the comforts of home.
The living room is bathed in lovely natural light and features a cozy fireplace, a sectional couch, and a comfortable armchair. Enjoy intimate meals at the bistro table, which seats three, or gather for movie nights on the large TV after a sun-soaked day at the beach!
Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your family. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the inviting patio comes with a grill and additional seating, offering a delightful indoor-outdoor Santa Barbara vibe.
Both bedrooms are generously sized, each furnished with luxurious king-size beds, ample closet space, nightstands, ceiling fans, and attractive new flooring. Sliding doors lead to a large, enclosed patio shared by both rooms. One bedroom features a flat-screen TV, and each bedroom is conveniently located near its respective bathroom. The first bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, while the second boasts a walk-in shower.
One of the standout features of our condo is its central location. You're just a short stroll away from downtown, the beach, and the wharf, where you can indulge in local shopping, gourmet restaurants, and vibrant attractions. Plus, you're near the scenic Harbor at West Beach, perfect for watching boats come and go, or visiting the trendy “Funk Zone” to savor Santa Barbara's renowned wine-tasting rooms and craft breweries. Whatever you're looking for, you're bound to find it here!
The condo is equipped with a laundry room for added convenience, and although there is one designated parking space (potentially accommodating two small cars in tandem), you may find you can leave your car behind and explore everything on foot. Whether you’re looking to lounge on the beach, explore downtown, or simply unwind at home, our condo has all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation.
