Welcome to our private Sanibel Island beach home away from home. Our spacious three bedrooms/two bathroom home has been completely renovated inside and out with high-end furnishings and finishes. The master bedroom suite has a very comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed with the second guest bedroom having two sets of bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in between. Our kitchen has been completely updated with plenty of cabinet space, high-end appliances, and stocked as if we lived there so that you'd have everything you may need to prepare meals for your family and the occasional friend that may pop in to enjoy your temporary piece of paradise. As our home is stilted up one from the ground level, should you have any issues with stairs, we have a lift elevator to easily go from the home to the ground level. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the home as well as a charcoal bbq grill and beach equipment to use while you're our guest. Beach access is just across the street and down a couple of homes. Tradewinds Community even has its own private beach parking area if you'd like to use it...you're so close to the beach, however, you probably will find yourself just walking to the sand.
