This island treasure continues to be one of our favourite vacation rentals on Sanibel. Just a hop,skip and jump from almost 3,000 feet of beach frontage, and across the road on the bayside, a beautiful trail through the mangrove forest. Relish in the lush landscape from the privacy of your enclosed 2-story caged lanai either on the upstairs deck patio or lounging poolside. This home boasts new furnishings throughout, new stainless steel appliances and an added den/game room including a foosball table The main living floor offers 2 guest rooms with 1 Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms attached. The upstairs level features the 3rd guest room with a Twin bed that has a pull-out trundle bed and the large master suite with a King bed which also offers a private rooftop deck. Bring the whole family and enjoy Sanibel living at it's finest! Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & 1 pull-out Twin to King trundle bed (sleeps 8), 2 TVs, free WIFI & cable, heated pool, large enclosed & partially covered lanai patio, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, driveway parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
