This home boast 4 well appointed bedrooms and bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 13 guests comfortably. The open 2 story living area with a 70" TV is ideal for family gatherings after a fun day at the beach. Cathedral ceilings make for a spacious ambiance. The dining area is located just off the living/kitchen space, the the fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances with plenty of counter space. The Master bedroom with King bed and overlooks the pool and gardens. A large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, large shower and separate his and her sinks will ensure your vacationing comfort. The other guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with a full bathroom next to the bedroom. A large laundry area, with a convenient half bath that leads out to the pool area. Just a few steps up from there is a large bonus room that has two cozy dormer nook areas and contains two Twin bunks, as well as outfitted as a fun game room that has a large TV, Xbox, puzzles and games for kids of all ages. Upstairs has two guest bedrooms with the first guest bedroom on the left of the stairs, and contains a Twin bed and a Twin trundle pull out. As you walk out from the first guest bedroom there is a open corridor that overlooks the spacious living area.
