Situated at the entrance to the West Rocks neighborhood on Coquina Drive, this home is just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach, with deeded access past the resort housing district where the beaches are less crowded. Paradise awaits... Home amenities include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring 1 King bed and 3 Queen beds (sleeps 8), Smart TVs with streaming, WiFi, a heated pool and spa, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ gas grill. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are all provided for added convenience. Please note: All of our Single Family Homes require a 28-day minimum rental period as per the City of Sanibel regulations. This unit is non-smoking and has a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
