POOL

Soak up some sun on a lounge chair or opt for the shade in a cozy, covered seating area next to the pool. Take a break and play some ping pong in the game room with sliding doors opening onto the pool deck. This is your place to relax and enjoy! The lake attracts a variety of birds and wildlife. Egrets, herons, pelicans, ducks, anhingas, iguanas, and more!
MASTER BEDROOM AND GUEST BEDROOMS
The large suite on the right-wing of the house is private and features a king-size bed with a luxurious Saatva mattress. Enjoy some quiet time or read a book in the cozy chairs by the fireplace or rejuvenate in the spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a rain shower. Double sinks, vanity, and a large walk-in closet complete the bathroom. The main bedroom opens with large sliding glass doors onto the screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and lake.
Guest living space is on the left wing of the house and includes 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen beds. Each room has a private bathroom with a tiled shower. Guest bedrooms open to a hallway with a private entrance onto the lanai and pool area. Additionally, the lower level features a third guest bedroom perfect for those that may have limited mobility or desire a more private living space, separate and distinct, from the guests residing on the upper level. This room features a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a large lounge. This bedroom opens up directly to the pool area.

A large screened-in outdoor living space overlooking the pool & lake, includes a comfortable seating area, Weber gas grill, and picnic table.

Plenty of space to spread out in the living room. The open floor plan spans the living area, dining, and kitchen. Beautiful cedar-planked vaulted ceilings add to the airy open feel.
