Living/Dining Area
Relax in the living room on the white slipcovered sleeper sofa and loveseat, looking out onto the pool and view of the Gulf of Mexico. Or recline in the leather Stressless chair while watching your favorite movie on the 55" flat screen TV. Mirrored wall panels provide spectacular views of the courtyard, pool, and gulf.
Living and dining room furniture has recently been updated for a fresh island look.
Kitchen
Enjoy preparing your favorite meals in the fully furnished and updated kitchen, while family/friends visit at the counter/bar area.
Bedrooms.
Both the master and guest bedrooms offer plenty of privacy with their en suite bathrooms. Flat screen TVs are provided in both bedrooms. The master bath was recently updated with a granite top vanity, and a large dual head shower with a pebble stone mosaic floor and corner bench. The spacious guest bath has a curb less walk-in tiled shower. Beach inspired bedding completes the look in both of these en suites.
Lanai
Grab a book off the shelf and head out onto the lanai in the afternoon for some quiet time, or even a little nap. Enjoy a glass of wine and maybe dinner out on the lanai, as the perfect ending to a day at the pool or beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided.
