Stay a month or longer at our lovely Sanibel Island home away from home. This unit is a very comfortable and updated two bedroom/one bathroom cottage style home which is part of a duplex. While it is a duplex, the property feels very private. There is a vegetation barrier between the properties in the back and separate laundry rooms and parking areas. The inside of the home has updated flooring throughout with a spacious living area including a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room flows into the open kitchen and dining area. There is inside dining seating for 4 with additional seating outdoors on the very comfortable deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all appliances to prepare meals for you, your friends and family while enjoying your time on the Island. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed with the guest bedroom having two twin beds. There is a full bathroom just down the hallway. With our convenient East Gulf Drive location, you are just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We do include at least two beach chairs, one umbrella, and beach towels. Feel free to bring your furry friend (one small dog with owner approval) with additional, non-refundable, pet fees.
